Company Registration in Armenia
Why Armenia

A deliberate choice, not a coincidence

Armenia was chosen deliberately — a stable, fast-growing technology environment, a clear path to registering a company, a place where a long-term technology project can be built safely and openly.

This isn't a temporary base. This is exactly where M.A.R.S. Companion is meant to grow.

Why Kapan

Technology beyond the capital

We believe technology development shouldn't be confined to the capital. Kapan, in the Syunik region, is a chance to be part of the region's growth from the very beginning — bringing expertise and jobs exactly where they're needed.

The future of M.A.R.S. Companion is deliberately tied to Kapan.

About the Project

Private AI that lives on the device

M.A.R.S. Companion (Mobile Autonomous Reasoning System) is a fully offline voice AI companion with long-term semantic memory. Speech recognition, reasoning, and speech synthesis all run locally — nothing leaves the device.

No accounts, no cloud, no data collection. A personal AI that belongs to its owner, not a corporation.

Prototype

A working prototype exists today

The system runs the full offline pipeline — speech recognition, semantic memory retrieval, contextual reasoning, and speech synthesis — entirely locally, on a Raspberry Pi 4.

Tested by the founder and other users.
